I guess Justice of Peace Ken Bardwell, who refused to grant a marriage license to an interracial couple in Tangipahoa Parish in October because he feared for the future children's well-being, couldn't take the heat of being forced out of office. Anyways, the asshat resigned Tuesday morning by turning in his letter of resignation to the Louisiana Secretary of State's office.
Oh well, that's that.
