Update on the Jefferson County occupational tax saga

The Jefferson County Commission issued an additional $14 million dollars into the escrow to refund taxpayers.  They delivered $23.5 million to the escrow last week and this week's transfer fulfills the $37.5 million balance ordered by Jeffco Circuit Judge David Rains in response to the repeal of the original occupation tax.
  
This is so irrelevant since the lawyers will get the majority of the money, and if we do get a refund it will be no more than $10-$12 dollar per person...
