Birmingham is held in contempt of court?
Well, this time for missing a key deadline on a 30-year-old lawsuit involving making all the personnel data of the City of Birmingham and Jefferson County Personnel Board transparent for everybody (since they are publicly-funded governmental agencies). Birmingham under the tenure of the jackal, William Bell, failed to comply by January 31st, which was the deadline set back in 2008. Oh well, another day on the voyage of a ship without an incompetent captain for the next 20 months...
